Details of the Job/Internship

Godrej Properties Limited is hiring a Deputy General Manager – Legal with over 15 years of experience to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle Consumer and RERA litigation matters and verify bills from legal consultants.
• Conduct due diligence on land records and advise business development teams on deal structures.
• Draft and coordinate legal agreements such as Development Agreements, MoUs, Power of Attorney, and Term Sheets.
• Prepare and finalize customer agreements, manage stamp duty, and registration formalities.
• Oversee legal formalities for society or association formation.
• Provide internal legal advisory across departments and review contracts.
• Support customers with documentation for loans, transfers, and legal compliance.
• Represent the company in courts and arbitration matters.
• Ensure compliance with legal processes and recommend improvements.
• Actively engage in team learning and legal knowledge development.

Eligibility

• LLB with 15+ years of experience in real estate, litigation, or related legal fields.
• Strong knowledge of Maharashtra land laws, RERA, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in handling consumer litigation and advising on real estate transactions.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
