Details of the Job/Internship

Integra is hiring a Head of Legal & Compliance with experience of 10–15 years to join their office in Chennai/Pondicherry. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic legal advisor to senior leadership on business decisions, risk mitigation, and global regulatory matters.
• Lead end-to-end management and negotiation of MSAs, software licensing agreements, SOWs, and NDAs.
• Front-end customer-facing legal discussions for strategic deals, ensuring deals close faster while safeguarding company interests.
• Design and implement a robust compliance and contract obligation management program across geographies.
• Provide expert guidance on labor laws, employment contracts, and sensitive employee-related legal disputes.
• Manage litigation, IP-related matters, and disputes in coordination with external legal counsel.
• Oversee corporate governance, statutory filings, and the development of standardized legal playbooks.
• Present risk assessments and compliance dashboards to the board and executive leadership.

Eligibility

• LLB / LLM from a reputed institution.
• 10–15 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), preferably within the IT/ITES industry.
• Proven expertise in handling global contracts and complex customer-facing negotiations.
• Strong understanding of corporate laws, commercial contracts, and compliance frameworks.
• Preferred: Exposure to UK and US laws for contract-related matters.
• Experience in corporate secretarial activities and team management.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-growth, business-driven environment.
