Details of the Job/Internship
Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) is hiring a Deputy Head (South Asia) with 5+ years of legal experience to join their India office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of SIAC’s India offices.
- Develop and execute business development strategies for South Asia.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and sectors.
- Conduct research, lectures, and presentations on arbitration developments.
- Draft publications, marketing content, and maintain website/social media updates.
- Handle press communication and respond to user queries.
- Prepare statistical, marketing, and case study reports.
- Organize and participate in conferences, seminars, and events.
- Prepare budgets for business development activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director & Head (South Asia).
Eligibility
- India-qualified lawyer with preferably 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in international arbitration preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong team collaboration abilities.
