Details of the Job/Internship

Alkem Laboratories Ltd. is hiring a Deputy Legal Manager with experience of 4 to 5 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Trademarks: Evaluate risks related to the adoption of new brand names, oversee the new brand name application process, and manage the organization’s TM portfolio. Assist in developing strategies for TM portfolio management, protection, and litigation where necessary and liaise with external counsel on legal matters to ensure compliance and proper protection of the Company’s trademark portfolio.
• Assist in statutory compliance management, statutory compliance reviews, document review, and other legal projects.

Eligibility

• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in IP law, with specific expertise in trademark evaluation, creation, protection and brand risk management.
• Qualification: Graduate in law from a recognized university.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with IP management tools and databases.

Salary/Stipend
