Details of the Job/Internship
Adani Power is hiring a Deputy Manager – Land Legal with 8–15 years of experience to join their office in Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all land-related legal issues and projects.
- Research land laws, regulations, and policies relevant to thermal projects.
- Draft and negotiate land agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Coordinate with external counsel and government authorities on land matters.
- Provide legal guidance on land acquisition and leasing.
- Ensure compliance with land laws to mitigate legal risks.
- Participate in dispute resolution and represent the organization in proceedings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on land legal matters.
- Stay updated on changes in land legislation affecting thermal projects.
- Contribute to legal strategies supporting business objectives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- 8–15 years of experience in land legal roles, preferably in the thermal projects industry.
