Details of the Job/Internship

Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company Ltd. is hiring a Deputy Manager - Legal & Secretarial with prior experience in a listed company to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal:
  • Review legal documents within the defined turnaround time
  • Identify and communicate contractual risks to the concerned team
  • Advise teams on risk mitigation
  • Ensure compliance with new rules and regulations and facilitate their implementation
  • Analyze and improve standard templates like Consultancy Agreements and MSAs
  • Familiarity with Contract Management Systems
• Secretarial:
  • Assist in filing E-Forms and compliance reports with Stock Exchanges and Registrar of Companies
  • Coordinate with statutory, internal, and secretarial auditors and address their queries
  • Assist in drafting notices, agendas, and minutes for Board, Committee, and General Meetings

Eligibility

• LLB and CS qualification.
• Experience in a listed company is mandatory.
