Details of the Job/Internship

Adani Realty is hiring a Deputy Manager - Legal to join its team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and development agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate contracts and legal instruments.
• Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for property acquisitions and ensure clear title clearance.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution specifically related to land, property, and tenancy matters.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, land use, zoning laws, stamp duty, and registration requirements.
• Navigate SRA laws and interact with SRA authorities for slum redevelopment projects.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of DCPR 2034 and MHADA property redevelopment regulations.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external legal counsels.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM from a recognized university.
• Strong understanding of property laws, RERA, and municipal regulations.
• Specialized Knowledge: Adequate knowledge of SRA laws, DCPR 2034, and MHADA redevelopment processes is essential.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Language Preference: Fluency in Marathi is preferred due to the nature of local authority interactions.
