Details of the Job/Internship
Clariant is hiring a Deputy Manager – Legal with 5–7 years of experience in commercial contract management to join their office in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize commercial contracts for the India region.
- Manage Confidential Disclosure Agreements and NDAs.
- Provide legal guidance to business units and functions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely contract execution.
- Develop templates and formats for internal legal documents.
- Support litigation and regulatory compliance through document preparation.
- Draft LOAs, PoAs, legal notices, and settlement agreements.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (LL.M. preferred).
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in contract management.
- Prior work experience in manufacturing, chemical, or pharma industries.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and litigation support skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
