Details of the Job/Internship
Exide Energy Solutions Ltd is hiring a Deputy Manager – Legal with 4+ years of experience to join their legal team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal:
- Draft, review, and finalize commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide opinions based on findings.
- Monitor compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized legal documentation and version control.
- Collaborate with attorneys, auditors, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Secretarial:
- Prepare and review documentation for board, shareholder, and committee meetings.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle MCA e-filings and maintain statutory registers.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with CS Inter qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a firm or in-house.
- Proficient in managing and reviewing commercial contracts.
- Sound knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and relevant laws.
- Strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
