Protiviti India Member Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Deputy Manager – Legal with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Law degree from a reputed institution (LLM preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification legal experience.
- Experience in consulting, audits, or risk advisory preferred.
- Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation..
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Eligibility
- Independently draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including licensing and technology agreements.
- Provide legal advice to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Monitor and advise on regulatory changes and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy laws, including GDPR and relevant Indian laws.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business operations.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks in a dynamic work environment.
