Devyani International Limited is hiring a Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Legal (Non-Litigation) with 3 to 6 years of experience to join their Gurgaon team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal advisory for business operations and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility

• 3 to 6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law.
