Details of the Job/Internship
The Viral Fever is hiring a Deputy Manager / Manager – Legal with 5–7 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently draft, review, and negotiate contracts including licensing, production, agency, marketing, and IP-related agreements.
- Advise on legal issues related to content development, distribution, licensing, and intellectual property.
- Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory updates to ensure compliance.
- Review scripts and content to ensure compliance and guide creative/business teams.
- Maintain trackers and MIS systems for legal documentation and updates.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM with preference for specialization in IPR or Media & Entertainment Law.
- 5–7 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong legal and commercial understanding of the media and entertainment sector.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage teams and work independently on multiple projects.
