Details of the Job/Internship

Jubilant FoodWorks Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Deputy Manager Corporate Affairs to join them at their office in Guwahati.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage liaison activities with government and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with local police departments for business continuity and compliance.
• Handle licensing requirements for NSOs, including FSSAI (via FOSCOS), Trade License, Shops & Establishment, and Pollution Control.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific norms for store operations and license displays.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor hygiene, safety, and regulatory adherence across stores.
• Maintain effective relationships with Food Safety Officers, Health, and Pollution Control authorities.
• Support documentation, data management, and reporting using MS Excel.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of QSR operations and compliance standards.

Eligibility

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Legal, or a related field.
• Legal degree (LLB) preferred.

Salary/Stipend
