Details of the Job/Internship
Parag Parikh Financial Advisory Services Limited is hiring for the position of Deputy Manager- Legal & Compliance with 4-5 years of experience to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting of a wide variety of legal agreements especially Real Estate, distributor agreements, vendor agreements etc.
- Provide internal advisory services to the business units and departments within the Company.
- Monitor the maintenance of the registers and other records required to be maintained by the Company.
- Provide all such other administrative and other secretarial duties as applicable.
- Ensure (internal & external) compliance with laid down guidelines, policies and procedures; investigate issues of non-compliance as may be required.
- Review and advice management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
- Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
- Any other duties may be assigned.
Eligibility
- Minimum 4-5 years
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- 3 to 4 years of experience and specialization in the relevant field of Real Estate, drafting & vetting distributor agreements, vendor agreements
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
