Details of the Job/Internship

Adani Digital Labs is hiring a legal professional with 7–10 years of experience to support its corporate legal and compliance functions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts including vendor agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and SLAs.
• Providing legal support for corporate transactions, regulatory filings, and governance matters.
• Advising stakeholders on legal risks, compliance requirements, and dispute resolution strategies.
• Liaising with external counsel and regulatory authorities.
• Maintaining legal documentation, templates, and contract repositories.
• Supporting litigation management and coordinating case strategy with legal advisors.
• Developing and implementing legal policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws including data privacy, intellectual property, and sector-specific regulations.
• Drafting privacy policies, cookie policies, disclaimers, and internal data protection policies.
• Supporting data privacy initiatives, consent frameworks, and compliance processes.
• Drafting legal notices and managing responses to consumer grievances and regulatory notices.
• Maintaining records of legal notices and ongoing litigation matters.
• Managing legal risks related to proprietary data, trademarks, intellectual property, and non-standard contracts.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
• Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) is preferred.
• 7–10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate legal advisory roles.
• Experience in technology or digital services environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indian corporate law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate advisory.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
