Details of the Job/Internship

Amneal Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Deputy Manager – Legal with 4–5 years of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing construction, procurement, and service agreements with vendors.
• Preparing Master Service Agreements for HR, Admin, Logistics, EHS, Purchase, and Finance functions.
• Drafting term sheets and distribution agreements with hospitals, institutions, and emerging market partners.
• Preparing in-licensing, out-licensing, contract manufacturing, P2P, and loan licensing agreements.
• Drafting loan and borrowing agreements.
• Preparing HCP consultancy agreements and letters of engagement.
• Drafting product supply agreements, release or termination letters, and NDAs/CDAs.
• Preparing internal agreements for group companies.
• Reviewing land/title documents and drafting lease deeds and termination agreements.
• Drafting legal notices and responses for vendors, suppliers, business partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Coordinating with external counsel regarding suits, petitions, and court matters.
• Assessing legal risks and monitoring the legal compliance calendar.
• Developing strategies to manage contract litigation and reduce exposure to claims.
• Tracking legal and regulatory changes.
• Providing sound judgement and contextual insight on legal matters.
• Ensuring all documents follow internal processes, are executed properly, and archived.

Eligibility

• Qualification: B.Com/BA/B.Sc LLB.
• Age: 28–33 years.
• Relevant experience: 4–5 years.
