Exide Energy Solutions Ltd. is hiring a Deputy Manager – Legal with 4+ years of experience to join their team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for a law graduate with CS Inter qualification, strong drafting and negotiation abilities, and experience in commercial contracts and compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal:
  • Draft, review, and finalize commercial contracts and legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and provide informed legal opinions.
  • Monitor and ensure company-wide legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage legal documentation and version control.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Secretarial:
  • Prepare and review board, shareholder, and committee meeting documentation.
  • Handle MCA e-filings and maintain statutory registers.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with CS Inter qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• In-depth knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, and contract law.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Proficient in legal software and document management.
• High ethical standards and confidentiality.
