Details of the Job/Internship

Ferns N Petals is hiring a Deputy Manager Legal with experience of 5-7 years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Managing all applicable corporate compliances including FSSAI, Shops & Establishment (S&E), and Health Trade License.
• Managing POSH matters.
• Proactively advising the company on legal risks and strategies.

Eligibility

• LL.B degree.
• 5-7 years of post-qualification experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
