Details of the Job/Internship
Generali Central Life Insurance is hiring a Deputy Manager – Legal with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join its office in Mumbai (Vikhroli).
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, vet, and negotiate service agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, and transactional documents.
- Handle derivative agreements and property-related agreements such as lease and leave & license agreements.
- Manage contract lifecycle and maintain contract repositories.
- Draft legal notices, replies, representations, and employee-related communications.
- Handle labour, recovery, and other non-consumer litigations and coordinate with external lawyers.
- Maintain litigation MIS and provide regular reports.
- Provide legal advisory support to management and business teams.
- Liaise with labour and government authorities and assist in legal submissions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to manage legal risks.
Eligibility
- Full-time LLB degree.
- Minimum 2–3 years of post-qualification legal experience.
- Experience in contracts management, legal advisory, and litigation handling.
