Details of the Job/Internship

Generali Central Life Insurance is hiring for Contracts Management & Non-Consumer Litigation with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Mumbai (Vikhroli).

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, vet, and negotiate service agreements such as MSA, SOW, SLA, NDA, and vendor agreements.
• Handle transactional documents including franchise agreements, LOIs, term sheets, and bank guarantees.
• Work on derivative and property-related agreements such as lease and leave and license agreements.
• Manage contract lifecycle and repository.
• Draft legal notices, replies, and other communications.
• Handle employee-related legal documentation, including show cause notices, warning letters, and termination letters.
• Manage litigation matters, including labour and recovery cases, and coordinate with external lawyers.
• Maintain and report litigation MIS.
• Provide legal advice and support to management and business functions.
• Coordinate with labour and government authorities and assist with submissions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.

Eligibility

• Full-time degree in Law.
• Minimum 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and derivative agreements.
• Strong ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and manage high-pressure situations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
