Details of the Job/Internship

HCLTech is hiring a Deputy Manager – Legal with 5–6+ years of experience to join their Noida office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify contractual, commercial, and operational risks in contracts.
• Provide inputs and mark-ups to mitigate legal risks.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and customers.
• Draft and finalize agreements including Vendor Agreements, LOIs, and proposals.
• Support contract management and geo legal activities for EMEA.
• Participate in negotiations with internal teams and external counsel.
• Guide and mentor junior legal team members.
• Handle IT outsourcing and related contracts.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with 5–6+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong background in IT outsourcing and contract negotiation.
• Candidates based in Noida or Delhi preferred.

Salary/Stipend
