Details of the Job/Internship
Invenia is hiring a Deputy Manager – Legal with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience to join its Gurgaon office. The role involves leading litigation, contract management, intellectual property, and regulatory matters while closely supporting business teams across domestic and international operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage arbitrations, civil litigation, and criminal matters in coordination with external counsels.
- Provide pre-litigation support and draft legal communications.
- Handle and manage the company’s intellectual property portfolio.
- Review and draft commercial contracts and agreements.
- Support legal matters relating to international business operations and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain legal risk registers and support ongoing legal and business projects.
Eligibility
- LL.B. qualification.
- 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in commercial litigation and contracts.
- Working knowledge of Indian and international corporate laws.
- Understanding of intellectual property laws.
- Willingness to travel PAN India.
