IT Services and Consulting company is hiring a Deputy Manager-Legal with experience of 7+ years to join their office in Udupi.
Eligibility
Educational Qualifications: LLB.
- The candidate with a decent proficiency in the Kannada language ( Read, Write, Spoken) will be very apt for the role.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in litigation, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house experience with complete familiarity with important legislations applicable to the company like intellectual property and employment/labor law. role is focused on managing litigation, protecting the company’s legal interests, and mitigating risks.
- This involves developing legal strategies, coordinating with external counsel, and ensuring compliance with laws to safeguard the company’s assets and reputation.
