Alkem Laboratories Ltd. is hiring a Deputy Manager-Litigation with experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Litigations by and against the company- related activities
- Drug / Food related cases (Not of Standard Quality cases)
- Consumer Complaints
- Trademark/Copyright infringement cases-By the Company & Against the Company
- Issue /Receipt of legal notices- Filing suit against/for the Company.
- CCI (Competition Commission of India) matters.
- FDC-related matters (ban on certain Fixed-dose combinations)
- Arbitration matters.
- Opinion on various drug/food-related matters to Marketing divisions.
- International Trademarks related activities-
- TM searches / TM registration.
- Oppositions.
- Renewals.
- Reviewing and finalizing various (domestic & international) Confidentiality Agreements / Non- Disclosure Agreements.
- Custody of Property documents of Alkem Laboratories Ltd. (HO, Plants & Depots) and its related activities -documentation for purchase/sale of properties.
- Vendor (Legal) Payments – Registration of Vendor Account / Ensuring prompt payment of various Advocates/ counsels/ and other vendor payments.
Eligibility
- 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation in corporate, preferably in the pharma industry.
- BA and LLB.
