Details of the Job/Internship
Credit Saison India is hiring a Deputy Manager – Litigation with experience of to join their office in Jaipur. The role involves handling litigation matters related to Section 138 of the N.I. Act, Section 25 PASA, arbitration, civil and criminal laws, along with attending cases filed against the company, coordinating with lawyers and law firms, liaising with police authorities, ensuring service of summons and warrants, and conducting customer visits and meetings.
Role and Responsibilities
- Attend cases filed against the company.
- Coordinate consistently with lawyers and law firms.
- Liaise with police authorities.
- Ensure service of summons and warrants.
- Conduct visits and meetings with customers regularly.
Eligibility
- Well-versed with Section 138 N.I. Act, Section 25 PASA, arbitration, civil, and criminal laws.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
