Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited is hiring a Deputy Manager/Manager – Legal Claims with experience of 2–5 years to join its office in Noida. The role involves handling motor accident claims, coordinating with advocates, managing legal processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle MACT claims and legal notices.
• Coordinate with panel advocates and attend hearings.
• Assess claim liability and recommend settlements.
• Maintain case records and legal MIS.
• Ensure compliance with legal and IRDAI norms.

Eligibility

• LLB with 2–5 years of experience in motor legal claims.
• Knowledge of the MACT process, Motor Vehicles Act, and insurance regulations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
