Lend A Hand India focuses on integrating vocational education with mainstream education at secondary and higher secondary education levels (Grades 9-12 and students aged 14-18) to make secondary education more meaningful and interesting for their sustainable livelihoods.

Details of the Job/Internship

Lend A Hand India is looking for candidates for the role of Deputy manager/Manager for their Gujarat office.

Eligibility

• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience implementing government or private sector initiatives, particularly in the educational or social enterprise domains.
• A bachelor's degree or a postgraduate qualification in Social Sciences or Education is preferred.
• Comprehensive field experience in project management, demonstrating proficiency in overseeing projects from inception to conclusion.
• Fluent in English and Gujarati, and substantial experience liaising with government bodies at various levels.
• A track record of engagement in skill development, educational enhancement, or livelihood projects is highly advantageous.
