Tata AIG is hiring a Legal Officer to manage motor accident claims (MACT) and legal notices.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling MACT claims and legal notices.
- Coordinating with panel advocates and attending court hearings.
- Assessing claim liability and recommending settlements.
- Maintaining case records and legal MIS.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and IRDAI regulations.
Eligibility
- LLB degree.
- 2–5 years of experience in motor legal claims.
- Knowledge of MACT process, Motor Vehicle Act, and insurance regulations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
