Details of the Job/Internship
Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited is hiring a Deputy Manager / Manager – Legal Claims with experience of 2–5 years to join their office in Noida. The role involves managing motor accident claims, coordinating with legal counsel, assessing liabilities, and ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a customer-centric and innovation-driven insurance environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling MACT claims and responding to legal notices.
- Coordinating with panel advocates and attending hearings.
- Assessing claim liability and recommending settlements.
- Maintaining case records and legal MIS.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and IRDAI norms.
Eligibility
- LLB with 2–5 years of experience in motor legal claims.
- Knowledge of the MACT process, the Motor Vehicles Act, and insurance regulations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
