Details of the Job/Internship
Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Deputy Manager/Manager - Legal Claims with 2 to 5 years of experience to join them at their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle MACT claims and legal notices.
- Coordinate with panel advocates and attend hearings.
- Assess claim liability and recommend settlements.
- Maintain case records and legal MIS.
- Ensure compliance with legal and IRDAI norms.
Eligibility
- LLB with 2–5 years’ experience in motor legal claims.
- Knowledge of MACT process, Motor Vehicle Act, and insurance regulations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
