Details of the Job/Internship

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited is hiring a Deputy Manager/Manager (Legal) with 1–4 years of experience in real estate transactions to join their legal team in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review real estate transaction documents such as Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, and POAs.
• Review and draft title search reports.
• Handle all steps involved in title diligence and related documentation.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in real estate law and transactions.
