Details of the Job/Internship

Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the position of Deputy Unit Manager - Compliance with 2 years of experience to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Disseminate regulatory circulars and guidelines to relevant stakeholders via the compliance tool.
• Create and communicate actionable items from new circulars, ensuring closure within stipulated timelines.
• Coordinate with business units, COEs, horizontal support functions, and compliance sub-functions (CMT, ICF, Advisory, etc.) for smooth implementation.
• Track and moderate implementation of regulatory directives.
• Publish periodic reports on circular dissemination and implementation status.

Eligibility

• Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary / Law Graduate / MBA (Finance).
• Preferably 2 years of experience in compliance or regulatory interpretation (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines effectively.
• Strong reading, comprehension, and coordination skills.

Salary/Stipend
