Details of the Job/Internship
Bajaj Finserv is hiring a Deputy Unit Manager – Legal with 4 years of experience, preferably in the Banking & Finance industry or any corporate, to join their Pune Corporate Office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, and negotiate documentation.
- Advise on legal issues related to consumer lending, credit cards, insurance, and other retail lending products.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements relating to outsourcing, service providers, collaborations, and NDAs, including drafts for digital initiatives.
- Prepare, review, and update standard documentation templates.
- Draft and vet terms and conditions for promotional offers.
- Advise business teams on legal issues and risks as per applicable laws, regulatory guidelines, and company policy.
- Coordinate with the in-house legal team for opinions on varied matters.
- Provide timely legal and contractual advice to internal clients.
Eligibility
- 4 years PQE, preferably in Banking & Finance industry or corporate.
- Experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiating.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working in a process-oriented environment.
