Details of the Job/Internship

Federal Bank is hiring a Deputy Vice President (Legal and Recovery) for their office in Kolkata. The role involves handling legal issues, providing legal advice, and overseeing due diligence processes. The Deputy Vice President will ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and support the Bank’s finance-related legal matters. The role requires close coordination with other departments to manage recovery processes and mitigate legal risks.

Eligibility

• Experience in managing finance and legal matters.
• Proficiency in handling legal issues, providing legal advice, and overseeing due diligence.
• Knowledge of corporate governance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; a Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
