Details of the Job/Internship

LEXORBIS is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Design Paralegal to join their team. This role involves assisting with design filings, database management, search, and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of design-related activities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and file design applications.
• Maintain accurate design databases, including monitoring deadlines and renewals.
• Conduct detailed design searches and provide comprehensive search reports.
• Assist in drafting design-related documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate with attorneys and clients for seamless design-related operations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
• Previous experience in Design will be preferred.
• Proficiency in Design docketing systems and legal research databases.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of design filing procedures and compliance requirements.
