IPR Learning Institute is hiring a Design Patent Filing Subject Matter Specialist to join on a freelance/contractual basis in a remote role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and file design applications in India.
• Handle procedural requirements with accuracy and compliance.
• Draft responses to objections during the design filing process.
• Train individuals on design filing and prosecution practices.

Eligibility

• Proven experience in design application filing and prosecution in India.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Ability to train and guide others in design law.

Salary/Stipend
