Details of the Job/Internship
Medanta Hospital is looking for a candidate for the position of DGM - Legal (Corporate Law) with 12-13 years of experience in relevant areas (Acquisition, Mergers, Joint Venture, Collaboration) with 4-6 years.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting extensive due diligence for acquiring companies/properties
- Drafting collaboration agreement, Joint Venture Agreement, Loan Agreements, Banking documents, related party agreement, Joint Development Agreement, Long Term Lease deed etc. Other documents including non- disclosure agreement, memorandum of understanding etc.
- Contract Management: negotiating, drafting and reviewing agreements / documents covering financial, commercial, information technology, HR related contracts.
- Intellectual Property Rights: Protection of all intellectual property rights of the company by registration.
- Identifying the relevant IP of the company post discussions with stakeholder and filing for registration.
- Legal Research: Conducting legal research on various issues and provide advice and legal opinions pertaining to various commercial, business and contractual issues and matters.
Eligibility
- LLB with experience in Corporate Legal department.
- 12-13 years of experience in relevant areas (Acquisition, Mergers, Joint Venture, Collaboration) with 4-6 years (current/previous) of experience in a Law Firm is mandatory.
