Details of the Job/Internship

Sami-Sabinsa is hiring a Direct and Indirect Tax Manager for its Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance and filings.
• Manage tax audits, assessments, and hearings.
• Ensure adherence to GST and other tax regulations.
• Conduct tax assessments and ensure accuracy in filings.
• Identify tax risks and opportunities for optimization.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide tax-related guidance for business decision-making.

Eligibility

• 10+ years of experience in direct and indirect taxation.
• Strong knowledge of GST and tax regulations.
• Experience handling audits, assessments, and compliance.
• Familiarity with SAP and tax-related data tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CA/CPA or additional certifications are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary/Stipend
