Details of the Job/Internship

Sakshar Law Associates is offering a one-month virtual internship in October 2025 focused on Direct Tax, Corporate, and General Litigation. The internship is unpaid and has six available slots. Selected candidates will gain practical exposure to compliance, advisory, and legal drafting while working on real cases.

Role and Responsibilities

Direct Tax

• Draft appeals, affidavits, applications, and replies.
• Draft and review agreements and contracts.

General Litigation

• Draft legal notices, plaints, and petitions.
• Assist in legal research for ongoing matters.
• Observe and support court hearing preparations.

Eligibility

• Students pursuing LLB or B.Com.
• Strong interest in direct taxation, corporate law, and litigation.
