Mahesh Kumar & Company is hiring a Direct Tax Lawyer to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Offering comprehensive legal advice on tax-related matters.
• Handling tax planning and advisory work.
• Reviewing and interpreting tax laws.
• Representing clients in taxation matters and litigation.
• Assisting clients with compliance with relevant tax regulations.
• Participating actively in strategic tax planning processes.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Strong expertise in tax planning and tax advisory.
• Proficiency in tax law and related areas.
• In-depth knowledge of direct tax regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
• Professional experience in tax law and advisory services.
• Knowledge of Indian taxation laws and regulations.
