Details of the Job/Internship

Mahesh Kumar & Company, Chartered Accountants, is hiring a Litigation Associate (Direct Taxation) with 2–7 years of experience to join its Delhi office in a full-time, on-site role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and analyse legal and tax-related documents.
• Conduct legal research on direct tax laws and related issues.
• Assist senior professionals in direct tax litigation matters.
• Support representation before appellate and review authorities.
• Collaborate with team members and adhere to deadlines.

Eligibility

• Qualified Chartered Accountant and/or LL.B.
• 2–7 years of post-qualification experience in direct tax laws.
• Strong knowledge of Income Tax laws and related compliances.
• Excellent English drafting and legal research skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in direct tax litigation and representation is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
