Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate for its Direct Tax practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide advisory on direct tax and corporate tax matters.
• Draft legal opinions, submissions, and appeals.
• Conduct tax due diligence for M&A and corporate transactions.
• Advise clients on tax structuring, compliance strategies, and income tax matters.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws, rulings, and regulatory developments.

Eligibility

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and qualified Lawyer enrolled in Bar Council of India.
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or Big 4 consulting firm.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
