Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate – Taxation with 2–5 years of experience to join their office in Delhi NCR. The role focuses on advisory and compliance work in direct and corporate tax matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on direct tax and corporate tax matters.
• Draft legal opinions and appeals.
• Conduct tax due diligence for M&A and corporate transactions.
• Advise on tax structuring and compliance strategies.
• Advise on income tax issues.
• Stay updated on tax laws, judicial rulings and regulatory developments.

Eligibility

• Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI.
• Qualified Lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2–5 years of experience in a law firm or Big 4 Consulting Firm.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
