Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its Taxation practice in Delhi NCR.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advising on direct tax and corporate tax matters.
• Drafting legal opinions and tax appeals.
• Conducting tax due diligence for M&A and corporate transactions.
• Advising on tax structuring and compliance strategies.
• Providing advice on income tax matters.
• Staying updated on tax laws, judicial rulings, and regulatory changes.

Eligibility

• Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI.
• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Post-qualification experience of 2 to 5 years in a law firm or a Big 4 consulting firm.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
