Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is looking for talented individuals who are passionate and enthusiastic about analysing the complexities of Indian tax law and finding tailored solutions to meet their clients' expectations.

Eligibility

• Required experience: PQE of 4-6 years in direct tax litigation.
• Candidates must have prior experience in direct tax litigation on issues arising out of international tax, transfer pricing and corporate tax laws.
• Candidates must have prior experience of working in a team and managing a team of associates.
• Enrolled Advocates having considerable experience of practicing direct tax laws before the ITAT Delhi and Delhi High Court would be preferred.
• Candidates must have excellent drafting and communication skills.
• We would prefer candidates from Boutique tax firms/offices and full-service law firms.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
