Sunil Maloo & Co. is looking for a candidate for the position of Direct Tax Litigator to join them at their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Direct Tax Litigator will be responsible for handling direct tax litigation matters, providing tax planning and preparation services, and advising clients on tax-related issues.
• Regular tasks include drafting legal documents, representing clients in tax litigation, and staying updated on the latest developments in tax law.

Eligibility

• Expertise in Tax Planning, Tax Preparation, and Tax Law.
• Knowledge of Finance and Tax regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in direct tax litigation and international tax matters is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.

Salary/Stipend
