Sunil MALOO & Co. is hiring a Direct Tax Litigator to join their Ahmedabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle direct tax litigation cases.
- Advise on strategic tax planning and compliance.
- Prepare and present cases before tax authorities.
- Conduct legal research on tax-related matters.
- Work with the finance team to develop tax strategies.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law, Finance, or Accounting.
- Relevant experience in Tax Litigation, Planning, and Compliance.
- Background in finance or Chartered Accountancy is a plus.
