Details of the Job/Internship

Kyndryl is hiring a Director, General Lawyer with 15+ years of legal experience to manage legal matters for its India and Asia Pacific operations from Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

Negotiate, draft, manage, and analyze contracts related to outsourcing, software, cloud, analytics, finance, and supplier agreements.
Provide legal advice on regulatory, operational, HR, and litigation matters.
Support management and General Counsel with compliance and ethics issues.
Collaborate with global legal teams to support business operations.
Lead legal initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the legal department.

Eligibility

Admitted to practice as an advocate in India.
Minimum 15 years of post-admission legal experience including in-house leadership or law firm practice.
Experience with IT firms, compliance, transactions, corporate law, and litigation.
Regional and cross-border legal experience preferred.
