Accordion India is hiring a Director – Legal and Compliance with 7–12 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts including supplier, vendor, client agreements, service contracts, and NDAs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Develop standard contract templates and advise business teams on client agreement issues.
- Monitor adherence to legal and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
- Conduct internal compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Assist in implementing compliance programs, policies, and training materials.
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on legal risks.
- Support corporate governance, dispute resolution, litigation, and administrative legal tasks.
- Maintain contract databases and records.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent degree.
- 7–12 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Understanding of contract laws and commercial agreements.
Salary/Stipend
