Details of the Job/Internship
KrayMan Consultants LLP is hiring a Director – Legal & Secretarial with 10–15 years of experience to join its Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on labour and employment laws and statutory compliance.
- Provide guidance on hiring, termination, restructuring, and employee-related matters.
- Represent clients before labour courts, tribunals, and other forums.
- Manage employment disputes and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Handle sensitive employee matters, investigations, and workplace issues.
- Draft show cause notices, termination documents, and settlement agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including SHA, SPA, employment, and vendor agreements.
- Conduct legal due diligence and advise on corporate transactions and restructuring.
- Advise on FDI regulations and structuring investments in India.
- Assist with incorporation, registrations, and post-incorporation compliance.
- Advise on labour codes, policy formulation, and regulatory impact.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in a law firm or consulting environment.
- Strong expertise in labour and employment laws.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and client-facing experience.
